Why he deserves a twc?

He's been scamming a lot of members, but most cannot get enough proof to ban him because "HE DOESN'T GIVE HIS EMAIL/SKYPE AWAY".

He asks you to place your skype/msn so he add's you. Not him.

His T.o.s. says that you must go first.. which is another hint to suspect something fishy is going on. A few quotes from his thread...

He started scamming on the 4th page.

If you mention a mm he will probably ignore you or log off and say that wasn't him.

He has two msn's I'm aware of. One of them he claims to be him is [email protected]

He will contact you with a fake msn which is his, but doesn't give it out. He uses his real one to contact mm's etc, oh wait he doesn't.

I partially blame the MM for allowing him to continue the trade without a valid skype/msn.

He has multiple users vouching him double. Leads me to think those are fake.

Requesting he gets TWC or is banned for scamming obviously..

In the report thread by kiwi, he cannot prove that it's actually punn because punn adds others. Even showing the skype username wont be enough.. it's pretty obvious what he is doing here.

In the video they are trading in lumbridge and he waits at falador west bank for him and he never comes.

Same situation in the picture provided above.. with the msn situation, but he logs off.

I am aware that chat logs aren't enough and I'm pretty sure kiwi wont log back on.. but the video helps to prove it's him.

 

TwC wasn't enough, I've banned him. At least a dozen times he made posts like "added you on skype" and then deleted them. It's bannable
