Gun Is God partial repayment?

It took @Gun Is God a month to refund me. I was owed 2375m rs3 this entire time. He had me blocked on Skype and kept trying to get me to accept low-ball refunds. After getting fed up I agreed to accept his refund at .1475/m for Rs3 because I was sure this was the only way I'd be refunded in a timely manner. After this, he still refused to refund me so I said nevermind and I'll wait for a full refund. Even offered to accept a refund at 1.15/m for 07 which would have been 308m 07 and STILL would've been a loss for what I could've sold 2375m rs3 for.

Finally today after ignoring me for a month refunds me 240m 07 + $6.96 BTC. This isn't even close to being equal to 2375m Rs3. If the mods look this over and agree this is an acceptable refund, so be it. I still believe I am owed so please look into this. Our one-sided conversation:

 

A dollar amount that you agreed upon ($350.31) was provided.

You said you'd take $ then reverted back to gold only. Globals agreed that I could buy $350 worth of gold from a site to remedy this situation.

Well, I'd like the mods to see it from my perspective with pictures. If they say I've been refunded, so be it. I don't see that I have been.

Yeah since you only wanted gold this was the only solution. You're going to have to accept being merched, if you were able to accept his dollars directly you would have had more

Multiple staff used an unusual amount of time regarding this case. We tried to provide as many options as possible for both parties and it was the only solution in the end.
