I got banned for a non working hack?

So, i try to login to sythe today and it says im banned and im like wtf. so i check the scammer report and it says i banned for stealing some hack. When really this guy gave me a hack that work on the day of december 23Th and i promised to pay him on the 25th. The next day (24th) the hack wasnt working so i waited till the 25th i went on he wasnt on so then i didnt talk to him till the 28th this moring at like 3am and i told him about how he promised me the ingame menu which i hadnt recived and a working hack. then he finnaly sent me a new hack that didnt work yet again... So i then i saw he wasting my time and i logged off.

It seems to me, that he sent you a bit that didn't work without another bit, and when he finally did send you the other bit you just blocked him. I don't understand why you'd sign off?
