any levels i should think about getting now?

im going for 99 hitpoints.. ill have that pretty soon.. its 93 at the moment..

then ill be a maxed f2p pker.. and in which case i could level my attack to 51 without gaining a combat level.. but that would look ugly.. thoughts? i wanna stay a f2p pker so should i keep it aesthetically pleasing or get 51 attack? from 40 to 51 attack alters NOTHING to my combat or future combat due to my already maxed hitpoints if you catch my drift..
