    Admits to scamming in the past. Unsure if he pardoned for this(?). If not, then needs to be banned?

    Also, his signature states 'TWC is by personal choice', however, I doubt a non-home IP is his personal choice. Even if it is, the aformentioned statement is most definitely misleading.
