Can anyone help me please?

Ok, i'm 16 and i've been doing weights for about a year now. I was
fit before starting but wanted to become more muscular.

My arms now are very muscly and I continue to do my routine
workout at the gym, the only problem is.. I've got terrible stretch
marks on top of both shoulders, on my biceps and some on my back
and side. I don't know why i'm getting them. I don't push myself and
do sensible weights each time and I have a 24hour break inbetween
doing weights. I also have a very healthy diet so I am getting the right nutrients.

But why am I getting these huge stretch marks, and how can I get rid?

You can't get rid of them unless you cover them up with make up, I saw some shit on TV about laser removal or something..but the reason you get "stretch" marks is because your skin stretches, pretty much common sense.

 

Well why is my skin stretching, yes I know my biceps are possibly due to muscle expansion but surely the skin should grow with it. And for the ones on my back, i'm not sure.

I know I could use what pregnant women use to cover up their stretch marks but I'm curious as to why i'm getting so many.

I got stretch marks, just because I grew too quickly. I tell people I had one wild night of sex one time..

 

yeah the ones on my shoulder looks like i've been ragging a girl and she's dug her nails into me haha

 

I used to have them near my thighs, they are going away now. I have some near my armpits on the outside, those are smaller, I'm sure those will start to die down in size soon too. I think its just how your body forms, and doing workouts and stuff changes it more. I'm sure over time they will go away.

I had them but my brother has this vitamin e oil and it reduces the visibility of them so much that you have to be looking for them in order to actually see them, when he comes home from college I will find out what its called and tell you, all i know is that it has vitamin e in it

See a skin doctor you can get them removed i belive or covered up.

 

oh no not a doctor!! Surely I can perform surgery on myself at home or use some cream?

 

lol i got same problem since i bought weight i started training crazy, i should have done bit by bit first, now i got stretch marks all over the top of my body by arms armpits back, chest etc, even a bit on my legs.

fucking doctor said its normal, what a fag.

I scare ppl and tell them its aids lol, my stretchmarks get very red sometime.

They call me pregnant woman xD, lol jkz

but if any1 got a solution i would like 2 know it.

You're getting them because your muscles are growing faster than your skin can stretch. I saw something on TV that's supposed to get rid of stretch marks and scars for women.. maybe you could try it ^.^ lol
