Seeking very fast Magic leveler ASAP

[Bry]

I am looking to raise my Magic level from 72 - 95. I am P2P. I only have around 4-5M cash. I am seeking someone who can do it a very fast way other than high alching.

I can add an account with it as well. Please have a few vouches available for me to check. I will leave a great vouch!

On an unrelated note I have a question. Is Fire Surge one of the best spells for pk'ing or should I just go with blitz?

Thanks!

I believe I will be doing this service for him. If I'm mistaken Bry can state otherwise.
