Reselling Xbox one thoughts?

Considering going to wait in line for 6 hours after work for the Xbox One release and try to buy one myself. I see the preorders are selling for about $750, when it only cost about $530 for the Xbox one.

What do you think will happen to the prices? Microsoft said they expect to be sold out this entire holiday season.

Worth waiting in line? Could bring friends and try to buy 3 or 4 of them.

 

I do believe the resale price will be worth buying one (or multiples) solely for that purpose. I think they'll be in high demand on eBay, among other places, which is always a giant for resale of highly sought after items.

 

Probably not worth it.
Only if the console would be sold out and millions wouldn't get a xbox, it would be worth it.
Price of preorders on ebay almost always drops like a brick after launch.

If I were you, don't gamble on making a profit. But hey, I'm not you.

My theory is.. the worst I'm going to lose would be 6 hours of my time. Bestbuy has a 15 day return window. I can just leave them in their original packaging and return them worst case scenario and get what I paid for them back.
