Corrupt Bandos page <OMG Must see>

Took me about two weeks to compleate, used paper, MS Paint and PS programs

 

Extremely good! Extremely nice!
How exactly did you do this? It blows my mind.
This is something that JaGeX themselves would buy, pretty sure.
Now, for a couple of things that you should adjust:
There are a few white lines at the sides of the paper, you should try to remove those.
The RuneScape logo at the bottom doesn't look so nice, use the current one, might spice it up a bit as it's alligned
..Thats all I really got to say, I'd like to see more of your work

 

Kinaestic you are right about the white line and the logo, it would look better if i adjusted those. Too bad i did not win that gallery competition with this big picture i guess it costs too much for Jagex to print it on canvas 3200x2400

 

Very Impressive.

 

The design has been constructed very nicely, but as Kinaesthic touched upon, I think the major downfall is the rendering quality - it loses a lot of realism in that one aspect.
Another thing I'll point out is the irregularity of the shadowing on the page - the darkness in between the folds and the bunched up areas is a little too dark and also slightly off-coloured. The curls on some of the page corners should also have shadowing beneath them as well.
And finally, the drop shadow. The stock-effect shadow gives it this appearance of hovering over the wood - reduce the distance of it to almost nothing, and slightly increase the spread.

 

I wanted the drop shadow to look big so it can show that the whole page is not even and is rough and yeh that south west page corner looks too bright for me lol, its harder to spot those when you spend too much time making it thank you for your replies

where the light source is hitting them, the shadows inside should be harsher not lighter

That's pretty amazing. But as the people above said, change the white outline.

 

Quite frankly that is amazeballs. I doubt you'd be able to get in contact with JaGeX to show them your work in relation to selling them it, but it would definitely be worth a try tbh.
