Mandingo Temporary Ban Appeal

I have been banned until 4/25 because 2 months ago I sold a "public guide".
I have been contacted by rekke, one of the five customers who purchased the guide, asking for a refund because the method was known. Rekke provided me with a screenshot of only texts saying that if I don't refund I will be banned, and when I asked him who the moderator was, he told me it was "classified". So thinking that this was some sort of joke or scam to receive a refund, I told him to go ahead and file a dispute. But apparently, no dispute was created and I was automatically given a temporary ban. I can assure you that the method at the time was NOT a known method. Yeah, sure, people have heard of it and walked by it, but they never understood the true potential of the method or how the method worked. I did not look up this guide online whatsoever, this guide was soley found by me and written by me, I did not copy and paste anything from the internet.
I did not take rekke seriously with his threat because no warning/dispute was given to me through a moderator on sythe, and when I asked him to bring the moderator into this, he said that the dispute was mainly through him and me, and seeing that this will go no where without the assistance of a moderator, I declined to refund rekke without a good reason.
I followed all the rules laid before me in Sythe, and even gave a copy to a trusted member of sythe: MrEvilPwns. Rekke even left a review himself saying that: "i have bought a copy of mandingo, and i can say this guide is exactly what i was looking for. it has the information that you really need, not just a bunch of numbers saying how much profit you can make, but info needed to secure this profit, and maximize it. not to mention he is a really good guy that is willing to help"
I've sold out on all of the copies of the guide, and as of now the method took a hit and is lower in profit but still usuable for a good decent profit. But the entire time I sold the guide, I advertised what was there and what was promised: up to 800k/hr.

I did not break any of the rules above, and I did not use any methods from the DNS list.
The method I sold rekke was everything I promised, and until 2 months after rekke has told me he decided to refund. This method did have the 800k/hr profit potential when I was selling it and it was everything I promised. If this guide was "common" or "well-known" than I would have received complaints at the time and manner of selling the guide, however all I received were good reviews.

*Effectiveness: How much time you have to spend on it, the less the better.

The tips can't really be rated but they are defienetly useful and I learned something myself even though I considered myself someone that knew a lot about Botting. Overall I'd give the guide a 9/10. And it actually makes me wanna start Botting.

Based on the reviews above, I would say that this method was NOT well known at the time (statistics wise, there is an extremely low probability that the method was "well known" since out of all my customers, none of them knew the potential or idea of the method.

And one last idea: Why would you buy an 800k/hr method with low requirements if you already know an 800k/hr method with low requirements?

Rekke tells me that he only left a good review to get on my "good side", which makes no sense to me since there is no benefit on being on my good side when I sold you the method. If it didn't work, than I would have all of my customers complaining that the method didn't work.
