Sorry about sending in another appeal. I've spoken to Dave and he said it was okay, as my initial one this morning was a bit hot headed as I had just gotten out of bed to find out I was banned.

I would like to open a dispute about my account McMarina being banned in hope of it being unbanned.

I will address each part of Bus369's report bit by bit.

This is irrelavent, so what that this guy sold a maxed main however long ago it was in RS3? My account wasn't even made until Oldschool came about, especially considering my login includes 'nmz' short for nightmare zone, and was something brought it for Oldschool(happy to proce. Not linked, just a coincidence, and actually a poor attempt at linking us together.

It also seems that all of these accounts are involved in the account market at some point or another(just scanning through each ones posts/threads).

That is exactly the case. We are all different people. 'Especially when it just so happens these 3 accounts are the only ones her/his audit turns up.' This part really made me mad. Considerng Bus's justification of this was
'Also notice how ever account hammers audit links to is banned besides mcmarina:' The accounts that are banned, linked to mine, all have been linked to me on separate ip addresses. Whether it was been while i've been on my mobile or while i've been travelling and been on different computers/networks. This is a reasonable arguement considering 'tommmmm' was not an account in question when Bus opened their report. And has probably been linked with me since I was posting from my mobile from where I had travelled to; most likely on christmas day!
The photo above is of the audit checks for each account linked to mine. All are linked to me from different ip addresses, apart from blittzye and JarvisPK. However if you were to look at their audits both of them only posted from this location once also, but have posted from the same location several times in different places (have a look at the audits yourself) which means those accounts were probably linked together but mine? Just as much as the other 10-20 accounts on their audit checks when they were posting when roaming. As it goes for hammers; JarvisPK, blittzye and tommmmm are not linked to each other and as it goes for tommmmm; JarvisPK, blittzye and hammers are not linked to each other.
I'd like to think I've put forward a supporting arguement this is all just a coincidence. Please can the mods be considerate of my appeal as much as they have been to Bus's report.
