Account was banned after getting hacked

Hi, my Sythe & skype account was hacked a while ago, which was then used to scam people through Sythe based on my +- 50 vouches. Unfortunately I realized this was happening too late. Would it be possible for me to create a new account? I agree that the account ban was justified, I would just like the IP ban to be removed.

Creating an account while the other is still banned (with outstanding debts that you are responsible for) would be ban evading.

Feel free to make a pardon here and repay the scam victims Request a Pardon, if it passes, you'll be unbanned.
