Loobszyy scamming

So me and Loobszyy have traded accounts a while back, my silver account for his bronze account with cs riven 2016, his account was botted as stated in his thread but also stated he has had it for over a month without anything happening to it, so I decided to trade the account.

1 week later the account got banned, I told him about it and he said he was going to get a refund from the person he bought the botted account from, I told him it would be fair to compensate me for my loss, he agreed and said he would refund me in 1-2 days.






He offered to sell another one of my accounts for my on his ebay account, he made the listing and someone purchased the account, I he expected me to give him my account first and then pay me, even though we agreed on him paying me first before I hand him the account to pass on to the buyer.



Now for some reason, he didn't agree on it so we decided to get a middleman, we were about to do the trade and he just randomly refunded the buyer on ebay because the middleman talked him into thinking I would recover the account (Even though I never even recovered the account I traded him so not sure why I would recover this one) so he cancelled the deal also, wasting alot of my time.

Just because an account is botted doesn't mean it shouldn't be eligible for a refund, he stated he would refund me and never did, therefore he is in the wrong and in my eyes scammer, as of now he still has the account that I gave him, working fine and well, while I have nothing and a bunch of my time wasted to this idiot. He also never said no refunds because the account is botted. (no such thing stated in his thread Selling 2 EUW Lvl 30 Ranked Account's [Championship Riven 2016 Skin]) I told him if he sells my other account on ebay I will forget about the banned account, but seems like he wants to force me to go first to him, which I didn't want to obviously and he agreed to go first to me this time a week beforehand. But he has refunded the ebay buyer right as we were going to use a middleman (which is extremely sketchy) he also hasn't registered this forum for even half a year, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he was a ban evader so hopefully an admin can check him for that aswell.

I believe he should either get banned, refund me with money, or give the account back.
I've tried for a long time to resolve this with him personally but apparently I'm the bad guy and he's just crying tears like a moron, so this is how it has to be.

 

Replied to it, with proof and everything. It's hidden and STAFF only can see it since it has Personal info.

 

You can edit the personal info out and post it here, don't make stuff hidden from me so I can't defend myself.

 

I got told by @veng to do it. (he did it for me ) @Lokah There is nothing to hide. Unless you want me to leak your Skype/discord id and all the private messages to public. Funny how you mention the Join Date aswell. (Joining Date to Sythe means nothing unless you have alot of vouches )

You SHOULD refund me, you DID NOT STATE on your thread that there was a no refund policy. You are in the wrong. Every seller that sells botted accounts has either a clear no refund policy on their thread or a 14/30 day warranty statement.

I didn't report you 2* weeks ago because you put one of my accounts for sale and I was patiently waiting for the refund, and by selling my account on ebay I would let that banned account slip, (I can't sell anything on ebay myself due to payment issues) but you decided to force me to go first even though you agreed that you would pay me before I have to give you the account, and when we got a middleman you refunded the buyer and backed out of the trade, therefore I cannot let you get away with it.


You are a blatant liar and a sketchy person, your vouches don't mean shit, I'm on 7 forums and I see plenty of people with an account younger than 6 months with quite a bit of vouches scamming out.


I don't even want a refund from you anymore, you're trying to lie so you deserve to just get banned.

 

If i tried to lie i would not show the whole convo of your Skype/discord DM's. You're the sketchy person and trys to Thread someone ' put my account back in for sale or i report you' Your crying that i diddn't sell your account on ebay for you. Keep Crying Waiting Admins/mods to check this.

Also you claimed to have the account for a month, but you did all the placements 1 week before putting the account on sale.
Highly doubt you would buy an account then not touch it for 3 weeks. Strange

I will be leaving today because I'm going on vacation, I will be driving for 2 days but I will be able to get online around monday from my phone, admins you can stall the report if he wants to make up more lies but I provided enough proof of him scamming and trying to lie about it so you can ban him. If more info needed wait till around monday.

 

First of all, I don't need to refund you anything. You're the one who wanted to trade accounts ( My Topic even says account's are botted and there is no talk of any refund in the Topic. So it's Your own fault.
2. Once we Traded Account's we became friends and i wanted to refund you as a ''Friend' Which Admins/Mods can check. You asked me Twice for a Refund First time you messaged me that the account got banned and i said i would refund you. Second time you asked i Said i orderd my Parents food and don't have any money. after that You said nothing anymore. (after few days/weeks You asked me if i could Sell your Account on Ebay and i said yes i would. After someone bought your account on Ebay for 38.50 me and @Gen had a talk in the pm's (That league account's are easy to Recover as Rs Accounts) then i thought a second time about it if i should do this and risk my Ebay account getting banned (if the account gets Recoverd in the Future) i Decided to NOT sell your account. After that you were mad and instant mention 'Refund my accoun't i traded you (This proofs your full of shit only used me to sell your account)
Mods/Admins can Check the Dms on Discord at the very and how fast you mention to Refund you the one acc. (This showed me how you are as a Person.
3. I will not Refund you anything you don't deserve anything. Try harder to get me banned because i diddn't sell your shit account on Ebay.
4. You're a nobody to mention that your on Diffrent Sites, Funny thing is how you flame in this Report and you will be a Good Sythe user ? Remember Join Date means nothing (Go check your own vouches you have almost nothing 53 post Count) Ofc i'm a nobody aswell compared to other ppl on Sythe.

Looks to me that you were aware of the account being previously botted and that you were obviously aware of the risks associated with purchasing a banned account. Now Loobszyy may offer to refund you for that purchase, but he has zero obligation to do so. If he wishes to refund you as a good faith gesture, that's okay, but it's not required for him to do so.

As far as him promising to refund you after you reached out to him regarding the account being banned, he's still not obligated as you were still aware of the risks in purchasing. You also had not previously discussed any time of refund prior to the purchase of the account.

Now, it looks like you were going to forget about the loan so long as he helps you sell another account you have on eBay, but then again that's a completely separate trade and it seems that nothing came of that trade. To me it sounds like you're upset that the account on eBay sold but later on was refunded.

Basically my final note on this - you knew the risks associated with purchasing the account. The account was later banned for botting, a fact that you knew prior to purchase. The second trade, you didn't lose anything out of it so that's irrelevant. I'm sorry for your loss, but you are not entitled to a refund.
