Champion Mastery Level 6 & 7

Hey Fellow Leaguers,

I read a Reddit post a while ago, that Riot was about to release new mastery levels. 6 and 7.

We currently have a level 5 mastery emote reward.

What would you guys be aiming for as level 6 and 7 mastery rewards?

My suggestion would be for level 6 you'd need 50.000 points on one specific champion.

And level 7 would require 100.000 points, which will unlock you a skin for that specific champion.


Tell me you guys' suggestions!

 

A feel like a skin would be too much work for riot; they really haven't been into free skins other than the Victorious ones.

Maybe a summoner icon, or a custom ward?

 

I mean I don't even play much at all, and i have 100k mastery on Thresh. So perhaps that should be the level 6 mastery and 7 could be, idk 200 or 250 to keep it really special.

 

I think a skin for level 7 would be a nice idea. Would take time but would be an incentive to keep playing a certain champion.

 

I hope they will make a skin for level 6 or 7, that would be really exciting!

 

A skin would be nice, but tbh I don't think RIOT would want to do that.
A summoner icon should be possible though.

 

a summoner icon would be pretty boring though and you cannot show it off if you have 100.000-200.000 points with one champion in game

 

I'd think a skin would be a good option but the mastery points for said champion should be quite a high requirement.

 

A summoner icon would feel pretty underwhelming compared to the emote that you can show off in-game. Chromas would have been nice to have as a reward instead of having them for sale :noworry: Something like a custom ward skin would still be cool though.

I also agree that the thresholds should be placed at something like 100k/250k to actually make them meaningful.

Perhaps new things the champions say? That sounds easy and feels pretty rewarding.

It's a huge motivation, and lets say you have to play 500 games on said champion.. That would motivate many to play more.

 

I would like to see it come with the option to purchase a chroma pack with IP.

 

giving us the ability to purchase skins with IP for that particular champion at 100.000-250.000 champ points sounds like an idea

 

I think a free chroma skin for a skin they already have for the that champion or something along those lines.

 

what wouldn't make having so many points any special though. it only saves you a couple bucks. Nothing special.

 

I'd just love infinite levels with different coloured banners on every tier 10

 

I feel they should release special rewards for each champion getting 6&7 mastery in. Like for 6 have a custom logo and for 7 have a custom skin for each champion and have them all the same theme.
