Sounds like Riot has more bugs in their season 4 rollout than they had anticipated.

At least they aren't like other game companies (COUGH JAGEX) where they roll out big updates that are god-awful and have more bugs than the inside of a beehive...

It would be nice if you can still get victorious wards, victorious elise, and the player border on November 1st, but I guess we'll just have to wait 10 more days. They're all cosmetic perks, but still it would be nice.

Looks like Morello needs more time to get to gold... again...

Though honestly, its cause EUW has been down 24/7 and its just not fair because they can't play ranked. Oh well, guess we're gonna have to wait two more weeks for the rewards.

The extension might be a result of the EUW servers being down constantly over the past 2 weeks, but then again it could be a maneuver to try and coerce the boosters in to revealing themselves before they issue a huge banwave. The banwave on October 1st that rolled on through the past few weeks seemed to have only affected a meager number of accounts. Whether Riot plans to send a tsunami next we'll have to wait and see...
