RWTing After Two Day Botting Ban

After 12 years of botting on a main, Jagex finally got me, and hit me with a 2-day ban after running a Wintertodt script for a few weeks, a couple hours a day.

That will likely be the end of botting on that account for me, but I was more curious with how much more scrutiny you're under after you've gotten a ban, especially with regards to buying gold from third party sellers.

Does anybody have experience buying/selling gold on their main after a 2-day ban? Would it be smarter to buy through a friend/on an account with a different IP via VPN and have it traded to my main?

As this is really the first time Jagex has fucked with me, any advice is greatly appreciated.

 

i got pretty much same thing happen to me and iv botted since with no ban

 

2 day ban on a main... bought and sold over 500m since then.
If youre too concerned, and I assume you have a maxed main, you can request the trader to stake the money and split the taxes.

 

I got temp banned, so stopped botting for a while, got some quests done via service providers, bought gp on my alt account which was my old main and transfer items over rather than gp, botted daily nmz instances and been pretty chill so far.

 

Id recommend buying on a different account and then xfering to the main
