Scammed by Herbal for 1.2b

I have his phone number, address, and where he works. Tell me what I should do guys. I have proof and everything.

Ill sum it up.

I messaged him on MSN, he said he was paying .60/m. And he would give me a $750 amazon for my 1.25b. Great deal for me, but I was skeptical. He calls me on skype and someone else is in the chat appearing to have just completed a $330 paypal trade with him. So I thought he was legit. Now I asked for him to do increments. (This whole time hes acting really cool and all) He said "Oh sure man! I value integrity I would never steal anyones gold!", so he apparently has problems buying a $100 Amazon and wants to go straight to $750 so I give him all my gold... (Dumb). Then he starts acting like hes buying the gift card, all of a sudden he hangs up the skype calls and blocks me. I message him on MSN and he says he always does that so people can't see his debit card... then he ignores me for about a hour. I called him and all and he says "Your emotionally hurting me can we just get this over with..." then he tells me there is a $26 tax on the card so he wants 50m.. I tell him all I have is 30m and give it to him. He tells me he sent the card. Then after 10 mins he chats me "1-800-PENIS" and blocks me on skype.

Please tell me what I should do. Anyone who helps me get my gold back gets a 400M or $100 reward.

Why didn't you use a Middleman for such a big trade?

 

Im new to this... and my first trade went smooth without one.

 

Your fault. Anyone with a bit of common sense would not do such a large trade to an untrusted person who just joined. And you won't get the gold back unless you report this to the police or physically go to his house and threaten him.

 

I called the police. They said all they can do is arrest him but I would get no reimbursment.
