    uhm.. you download one thing to play runescape and thats the cache.. whitch is like 1 mb lol.. so no.. all idoes is take up cpu and a bit of streaming..

    When you connect to something on the internet it downloads. So what i want to know is whether it downloads heavily.

    it uses a bit, but not nearly as much as somehting like cs, also depends wether your on high or low deatail

    no, it doesnt but if you keep deleting the runescape cache then it will have to keep redownloading.

    also if there is a major update then that might need only a few mb.

    so no it doesnt
