    I am trying to download ScreenSnapr, and every time I try to open it after setup, I get this error.

    Does anyone know what I did wrong? I directly downloaded it from www.screensnapr.com . Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Try re-downloading it. Have you done all Windows critical updates and updated to the latest service pack?

    Lol, Why you want to use that program, When you can press "Print Screen" on your keyboard and paste to Photo editing software.

    I have redownloaded it multiple times, still the same error. And I am up to date on my service packs. I wonder what the problem with installing this program is. I have downloaded multiple applications before and after attempting to download ScreenSnapr, with no problems. I shall keep trying to fix it I guess. Any more suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Ehh, doesn't hurt to use it. Mainly personal preference.

    It is definitely much easier to use than the way you mentioned. I used to do that, then I found ScreenSnapr. It's much faster and keeps you from having to browse through folders when uploading.

    As Laptop said check you have the latest windows updates installed, .Net framework especially.
