• Once development has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if I fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, a partial refund may be considered depending on progress made.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, reuse, copy, or transfer any part of my code, bots, systems, templates, or services without my explicit written consent.
- If you are caught reselling or reusing my work without permission, you will permanently lose access to all bots, updates, support, and any related services.
• I am not responsible for the safety, security, integrity, or handling of user data, customer data, logs, messages, or server information stored on YOUR Discord server or hosting environment.
- You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your own server’s data.
• Small revisions are included; major changes, redesigns, or feature expansions may require additional payment.
• You must provide accurate details when describing the features you want. Changes to the scope after development begins may affect delivery time and cost.
• Delivery times may vary depending on complexity. Delays caused by unclear instructions or missing information are not grounds for a refund.
• Abuse, harassment, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will void all support and will be reported to Sythe.
• I provide support for bugs related to my code. New features or additions are considered separate projects.
• By ordering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms listed above. You will be asked again prior to payment.
