1 QUESTION , if i run a windows XP or windows vista , after installing this will the windows 7 be able to run on my computer that curently runs vista + xp ?

 

Yes, you can either do a fresh install or overwrite your current operating system. That means that if you have vista or xp, you will be able to overwrite it with Windows 7, or keep it and also install Windows 7.
