Scotty dicing and not paying out his debt to me

Explanation:
I won 2 times dicing againts him, both dices were for 1M '07 so my total winnings are 2M '07.

I won once, then he DoN'ed which I won. Then he wanted to DoN again (2M vs 2M) but my thread is max 1M.

Currently at work but if that is not enough proof I can show the little recording I made when I am at home.

Also you DoN'ed again after (the 2M vs 2M roll), this would only be a correct DoN if you counted both rolls. So you already admitted on two occasions that you owe me 2M atm.

 

The 75 was the only legit offer, the one before didn't have an amount attached

You cant remake a roll just because it would be in your favour, you already stated the roll was 1M on Discord so the first roll was legit. After you saw that you lost you posted another roll including the 75, which I also won.

I would like to notify the moderators judging this report about the following:

Scotty broke the rule that one cannot dice when they are still in debt with someone.

Ok, so let me get your arguments straight:

• Buyacc is arguing that all Scotty's rolls were valid, and so accordingly, he is owed 2m RSGP.
• Scotty argues that roll 5 (numbered below) is invalid because there was no amount specified on the 5th bet (making the bet automatically void), and therefore only owes 1m RSGP.

Is that correct?

Bets:

1. Scotty wins 1m (+1)
2. Scotty loses 1m (0)
3. Scotty wins 1m (+1)
4. Scotty loses 1m (0)
5. Scotty loses 1m (-1) [CONTENDED VOID BET]
6. Scotty loses 1m (-2 or -1)

 

Correct. This is conclusive evidence though:

"vs 2m i owe you"

 

I'm going to assume Scotty agrees with what I set out.

The first thing to note is that the rules clearly say that you must (a) post the amount to dice, AND (b) roll only once. Depending on how literally you want to read this, it would render a bet without an amount void automatically, unless both parties elected to continue as if the bet was valid.

There are multiple ways this can play out, all of which result in the same conclusion: Scotty must exit the gardening store and pay Buyacc the 2m ASAP.

1. If the bet is void automatically, then two bets are void: the 3rd and 5th one. As both bets neutralise each other, the net result is that Scotty still owes 2m.
2. Alternatively, Scotty may want to argue that the 3rd bet, though initially void, continued as if it was valid, but the 5th one was still void. This doesn't seem likely, considering, as Buyacc said, Scotty acknowledges he owes Buyacc 2m here.

As to this, the word 'may' gives me the discretion not to TwC/Ban Scotty, provided he pay you the 2m as soon as practicable.
