    Runescape Middle Man Question
    I heard you can get a web server which has no IP so when you do a recovery test it doesn't auto deny you because you're from a different country.

    Can someone explain this to me please.

    Basically do the recovery test from a proxy.

    This is what I do. Or do it from the seller's PC. Those are best options.

    does country really matter for recovery tests?

    but if so, theres plenty of proxies out there. if you're not from the us, just download hotspot shield. it works pretty well, but it's REALLY slow.

    Yes, country does matter which is one of the main reasons why original owners get their accounts back so easily.
