Scared account will get locked, help?

I bought an account of this trustworthy guy, but it got locked after a day playing on it [Most likely due to Sudden IP change].

Hes managed to recover the account for me, should i not log onto the account for a few days/week so their isnt a sudden IP change and it does not get locked? Thanks for your help

But its still gonna be a diffrent IP to the original owner.. what diffrence will it make?

 

I'd just try again if it happens again recover and sell away haha

 

Im not planning on selling the account, and theres no point just trying again if it will get locked after a day.

Just tell the guy if it gets locked again to write that he moved.

 

But me made the recovery attempt from his old IP address.. he cant say he moved if the account gets locked again as hes making the recovery attempt from the same Ip address hes always used

 

It won't continuously be locked,
Its happened to me before.
Only lasted like 2 locks.

 

2 weeks so if you ever send in an appeal you tell them you moved

 

Ok ive decided ill wait until friday then begin playing on it, hopefully troubel free.

Its been locked once by the way.. how many more times will it get locked?

 

Sudden IP changes barely result in anything, I've changed IP 3-4 times in a matter of 30 minutes (&changed pass in the same day) all of which has resulted in nothing, they also have to account for people who still use dial up connections and dynamic IP addresses which change every connect / hour / day etc.

It's only when you change IP's and set new recoveries on it all in the same time.

 

That was probaly my down-fall then.. ill take the risk and start playing on it again. Thanks for the tips.

 

Get all the info the origional owner used to unlock it, if it gets locked again use that information on your appeal from you ip adress and say you moved.

 

In my experience, when I buy high-level accounts I leave the password and recovery questions in place.. Also pay the account seller an additional 3-4 months to do the membership. If the guy is going to recover, you're not going to stop it. After 3-4 months, I switch to a new credit card. I have not had a single account locked after a purchase due to an IP change. Accounts may get locked when you set off all the flags by changing everything, but I personally feel... accounts get locked when "someone" attempts to recover. Just my experience.
