My Scar Wont Work

I downloaded Scar 3.15 some people are using 3.13 but thats the only download for scar they then i downloaded SLR and they i went to tools/options then hit checked out and it said it couldn't move the plug ins.... I've heard people saying to run as admin but how do i do that?

Where do each folder go?

I tried mine on Xp Pro, using Run As with Administrator, but still said cannot move plugins.

 

Same problem, downloaded the Subversion, but whenever i hit checked out, it works for about 5 secs and shut down..

Hmmmm thats wierd, im on XP professional with scar 3.15, and ive started on my first script, it is a mage chopper for lletya. I got it to get to the trees, but i have a different problem:

Heres how to run as administrator...

1. Right Click
2. Run as administrator

However this should only be a problem on Vista..
