Scar script

Well, I'm trying to get my script so it will click a button, wait till the page changes then click the button again. But the problem is the button rotates positions with 3 other buttons so I can't just get an auto clicker to click the same spot. The button has something on it such as (Do next action) depending on what the action is. I've tried using bitmaps and such but that didn't work, can anyone tell me how I can do this?
