SRL instalation problems

Hi im trying to install srl using monster guide. I have everything done except when monster says to run Scar 2.03\Includes\SRL\SetupSRL.Scarto set up the variables of srl. Scar says this to me.Unknow identifier 'Scar' In script. And when i take scar out of the line of code it says Identifier expected in script. Is anyone knowledgeable in this? Cann somembody explain what im doing wrong?
