The buyer will give me the payment and the account user+pass he wishes to make a member

The seller gives me the account information and old details from the account I will check them to see if it has a bank pink or recoveries.
The buyer gives me the money as well... if I confirm the account has no bank pin or recoveries I will hand over the money to the seller.
