Guide #5 How to check downloads are safe.

    1) ok so you downloaded an application and you want to know its safe before you use it?

    2) Now right mouse click the file.

    3) Click scan with nortan internet security ( The scanner i have ) or use your other one.

Then if it shows a file is a risk then its not safe.

    Another way to scan.

    1) Download the file But dont open it yet.

    2) Save it to a file or your desired destination.

    3) Now go to http://virusscan.jotti.org/

    4) Click browse and open the downloaded file.
