What have I lied about? All I have done is post screenshots of our agreement and what I proposed to you. WHICH IS MORE than you are owed and LESS than what I spent lol.

What more could you ask for? You owed SytheRsps like $1450 after already being paid $500 by me previously. I offered you to keep 600 more.... and you wouldn’t send anything and then bitched about how you wanted to be in control and rather steal funds.

What more do you want from me? How am I lying. I’m confused on which screenshots I have posted that you don’t agree with.

Either way you owe me money, you’re a scammer, and you will pay the money. Have a pleasant day and enjoy your shit life.

 

See the problem is you are lying. You purchased the source code from me before this project even began. I was paid and that and it is in your possession now. You even said in your original report to quote you directly - "That is why I am not putting the original $500 in this report."

You are entitled to the amount spent on the dedi and nothing more. It was your choice to continue paying for the Dedi after I left and that is your own responsibility. I had budgeted the servers finances and my own time accordingly. Just because you are making horrible financial decisions doesn't mean I have to sacrifice a months work of my own time to pay for them. Neither should the money be provided by the Sythe community.

I'm not sure what is happening to the server at this point, unfortunately it is still in your possession and I don't see you doing anything with it.

I really hope someone on Sythe punishes you for the threats you've made and the way you've acted.

 

Are you an inbred? I bought the source for the server with an intention that the server would pay me back for that initial investment. The same I would buy a dedi to run the server and expect to be paid back by server donations.... I swear talking to you is like talking to a doorknob.

If you had successfully taken the source code away from the server, then this scam report would be for 1950, 1450 in donations and 500 for the source code that you are in possession of. If you cant do math, c'est la vie.

We paid for one overlapping month of dedi time in which I was using the server for my own personal use which I have stated on a previous thread. Idk what you are saying here, english only plz.

If @video wants to hog tie me and tickle my feet I will gladly accept the punishment

 

Well guess what buddy? The server failed because of your actions. So you're not going to get that investment back unless you do something with it.

I already explained I had not, "attempted to take the source code away from the server." You're just a moron and don't understand what you're doing.

I already took a loss on this with my time wasted and you ruining something with great potential. This little bit of money you are crying about would be nothing had you waited until the finances could pay you off over time.

Again a reminder this server was meant to be non-profit with the exception of the developer being paid for his work.

You are continuing to pay for the dedi AFTER I left the project expecting the money to all come back and cover your idiotic financial decisions.

Also promoting attacking my discord is just as guilty as doing it yourself.

@Visual Basic Matt please arrange with @John Devola to pay $500 for his expenses on the server out of the donations collected. We are discussing what is to be done with the rest of the donation money but for now John is owed at least this much

I apologize for the delay, @Visual Basic Matt @John Devola is owed another $500 for his purchase of the source. When that is sent this will be considered resolved

Edit: I have asked Richard to review this situation since it is rather complicated. Will edit back with a decision

 

After discussion with @Sythe the outcome is that the donations are to be split evenly between Matt and John so $110.73 has been sent from Matt to John and this is resolved
