osrs free membeship glitch!? WTF

uhm... so i logged on to one of my really old accounts... and it said last logged in like 230 days ago... but i accidentally logged into world 329... a members world... and it took me by surprise... so im thinking ok maybe theres membership on it... check the account on the website and everything... no membership. Even the log in screen says renew membership blah blah blah... its been like this for 5 days... any explanation?
