Regarding the "Charge back"

I was told by a global that my pardon was denied cause i charged back and tried to get away with it.

I asked clashfan 2+ weeks ago to post on my pardon thread about my paypal problem and he said he would, i also told a lot of people including globals what was going on with my paypal account, i have done everything i can to inform everyone what was going on with my paypal account and i said that i was willing to refund them, i have waited 1 month for a final decision on my pardon, and now that final decision was based on the lack of information that you guys gathered from me cause not even 1 global has even bothered to add me on msn and ask me anything.
