Scammer

This kid failed at attempt to scam people.
He says he can unlock recon on halo, but the fact is no gamerscore modders can unlock recon. Halo has a good design in their system in which you can only unlock recon by doing the vidmasters (if these achievements are modded, the person will recieve no recon whatsoever).
