"PowerMan" ban evader?

A quick IP lookup and check led me to believe that "PowerMan" is a ban evader.

I don't really think much has changed between the two accounts. He might have leveled a few skills here and there, but overall the accounts look very similar. The IP lookup on shows that he is connected to many other accounts, Hangman, lechocoprince, Will Clandys, Wesley Clipton, Semper Magis, and KarelSegers all banned on Sythe.

Please IP ban this user as this is his seventh evasion to date. Thank you.
