Briefly explain the trade: I was buying a $10 prepaid credit card

How they scammed:I went first and instead of giving me the details of the card after I sent the money he said he was 'lagging' and had to restart msn but I added him on another account of mine and he was online on that account

Hey, Gohan. Can you ban him please? It's been 24 hrs. He unblocked me on msn and said you wouldn't ban him then blocked me again. So I don't think he'll return the money.
