IP matches 2 users who are the same person while rest seem to be proxies, also has multiple accusations against him for scamming.

**EDIT** Salty Foreigner recovered account back, Admin's please ban this kid when you can. Paid 100M + kid gave me everything I needed to ensure no recovery, but didnt get to paying for 2x extra months of membership.

Seems to avoid ever confirming he's sold the account so he can continually recover and resell it. Either way should warrant a ban until he can prove he's innocent, also he hasn't posted again since the most recent recovery accusation despite him avoiding posting any confirmation of the trade.
