Scammer: bbqpizza

This guy is a 'Leecher'. We has used the E-mail address '[email protected]' initially but then i had deleted it. He then contacted me on his second E-mail address; [email protected] Lastly, the e-mail on the claim is [email protected]. I am also sure his name is 'Androg'

Here is how the deal went; I had set up a thread selling mint cakes.
He added me and offered to buy all 54 for $110. I was weary about this since he was a leecher, however he went first and sent the money as a paypal gift, no way i can get scammed, right?

This happened on the 22nd. Today on the 28th i received an E-mail saying he reclaimed his money. I now have -$110 negative balance on PayPal and I am panicking!

The in game trade; he uses the account 'Aristokratso' but since it is a low level, he most likely transfers the items. He bought my 54 mint cakes in game soon after sending the $110.

I'd like this kid to get banned, and his potential dozens of others accounts. I'd also like to know HOW he did this and how i can prevent it. Lastly I'd like help with my situation!!
