    Not sure if or not

Well, basically a customer that had plenty of vouches added me on msn, and wanted to buy a 6 digit that I posted in his thread of him wanting one, so we both wanted to exchange.

So we agreed on $35 for a 6 digit with original email and 200 days offline.

Ok, so there was a little trouble with his/her's PayPal account as you might see in the screenshot, but I solved it with him/her.

So he sent the money to my PayPal account, and for some really odd reason I could not spend the money on my account (not limited), which was really odd. I then asked him/her if I could refund and then ask him to send it to my friend or something, he/her then went offline.

Haven't seen or heard from him/her since, PM'd and he/she hasn't been online since.

    I don't think it's a scam, just really misunderstanding.

Anyway, keep this thread opened and I will update you as soon as I hear anything.

Are you able to post here or send me pictures of your PayPal account showing the transaction details and your latest account activity that shows the payment?

Also, I have a theory here:

In the conversation, Stephy said that her PayPal account was verified (connected to a bank/credit card) but she had no funds in her account. You told her she would be able to pay you anyways, and after a test she realized she was able to do this and sent you the money. But you were unable to use it.

I don't have a ton of PayPal experience, but I am wondering if it is possible that because her account is verified, she was still able to send you the money with a balance of $0 (because her PayPal account is hooked up to her bank account), but the reason you could see yet couldn't access the funds right away, is because the money actually has to transfer from her BANK account, to YOUR PayPal account. That would take 4-5 business days most likely.

Do you see what I mean? Is that even possible? (like, is it possible to make a purchase when your balance is $0 if you have a verified PayPal account, because it will directly transfer the funds from your bank account?)

I would advise trying to get ahold of Stephy again and I will leave this report open for now until we hear from her. It sounds like it could possibly just be a misunderstanding like you suspect. In the mean time, I will also try and speak to somebody with more experience making PayPal purchases and sending money from a verified account, to find out if the above scenario is possible, and if so, how long the money takes to transfer.

    Hello.

Yes, it could be that, but normally when other people sent me money from their bank account or credit card, it has been accessable money regardless of they were sent from balance or not.

I already sent a PM, and no reply yet - same on MSN, no online yet.

Ok well, what would you like to do? I can give her a set amount of time that you think is fair, to give her a chance to come online and get into contact with you.

Or I can ban her right now and wait until she disputes (if she chooses to), to sort this out.

EDIT: I checked her profile and she has been online today, so she is obviously ignoring you. I am banning her and she can explain herself in a dispute.
