    noticed this guy added me on msn for fifa coins, his username was TheFOE (on msn)
    but on the forums he was:

    The Foe had messaged me last year so i instantly recognized and wondering why he was on a diff sythe account realized his TheFoe was banned/.

    IP Check him. I can provide my proof if needed was jsut cbfed to take screenshots
