Scammer was TEMP banned???

Just reported Zhydrax for scamming today on that thread. A mod said "Thanks banned" or w/e like usual but I just realized it says "Temp Banned". How can you give a notorious scammer a temporary ban when you finally have the proof you needed? Just wondering if this was a mistake or if sythe are becoming more lenient towards this kind of thing. Thanks for your help in making sythe a better place

yea well its because I'm no longer a team lead... So I can't do shit with banning, can only temp ban until a mod above me gets my message and perm bans.
