moneybags90210 is a scammer

So I wanted to buy some WoW gold, and moneybags90210 said he would sell some to me,Server Area-52 on the horde side. He said he had gold on there, and would sell me it for like 2m 500g or something. He "mailed" the money to me, and i was waiting till i got the money to give him the payment, (takes up to 60 mins in wow, so it wasn't that long to wait), as we agreed upon, and he threatened to report me if i didn't trade with him right then, before I had the gold. I consulted shredder, who told me it was in my place to wait for the payment, and that I could post this scammer report. This was definitely an attempted scam, so I would really like to see him with a TWC at the least. He blocked me on msn after he "had to go" and never contacted me again. Surely if he had actually sent the gold, he would contact me for his payment. But he didn't so one can only assume it was a scam.

This is all of the evidence I have, so I hope you find it sufficient for a TWC or a Ban.
