Basically, his sig shows himself having 100+ Vouches, if you click on his vouch thread, he has none saved in there.
I realise he has a shop thread open, which can be found at the link above, but there is no way there is 100+ vouches on that thread.

He has also been banned on powerbot, and other forums numerous times if I remember correctly.
