    Briefly explain the trade: I sent him $4 on Paypal, and he was to upgrade my account within 48 hours of the payment (as specified in his TOS http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=933077)

    How they scammed: It has been 60 hours and he has not upgraded my account.

    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Paypal e-mail address in his thread matches the e-mail that I sent money to.
