Scammer Report on Grave

Hello, my name is HossBoss:

A little while ago, while I was still active in these forums, I purchased many many services. A couple months ago, Grave and I agreed on him getting 3.6k zeals for a price of $200. I happily payed him through my debit card a couple days later. I used his site, rsultimate.com, to pay him.

After that week, he kindly started the services, gradually getting zeals. He ended up getting 700 zeals before the account (g4y_for_sw) was perm banned. We both agreed that he would continue services on another account.

Until now, I have not frustrated Grave to continue the services, as he has stalled them. I was going to ask for him to continue, but it seemed that he wouldn't. He told me that I had to pay Alex Menteer (Unb4nned) the $130 that i owed him, or else he would not do the services. The agreement that he would finish the services was made far before I had to pay Alex any money.

Regardless, I have spoken with Alex and he has told me that it is unfair how Grave can just come up with my ultimatum and decide whether or not I deserve the $200 that he Grave owes me. I see it unjust that he can manipulate the system very easily.

1. It wasn't 3.6K zeals, it was 3K. You even said it yourself. Here's your text message to me. I've blocked out the number, but I can provide legitimate screenshot to staff per request.

2. You didn't pay me through RSUltimate. RSUltimate wasn't functional at the time frame you specified. Staff can confirm this with Hahanerd.

3. We agreed on another account, but you never created one. Don't leave out that fact that I tried contacting you several times throughout the months.

4. We also agreed that it would be strictly in store credit, and subtracted by the value of the training already done.

5. I contacted Finn, who redirected me to Hahanerd. I was told to hold off the training until your issue with Alex was resolved.

6. You left out the last two messages you submitted on the support system, and didn't even give me a chance to reply to them.

Regardless of your countless lies, I'm still willing to grant the $153.33 of store credit (to be used on training) as long as a respectable Sythe staff member or Administrator tells me to do so. The only reason I held it off was because you eventually confirmed you owed Alex money, and I was suggested by a staff member to hold off the training.

Okay, thats fine 3k zeals. Secondly, I payed you through a system that you set up. I can't exactly remember how, but i know it wasn't directly through paypal. *the store credit I am fine with. *Hahanerd is obviously going to side with you, as he is your business partner. Whether or not he says to continue services, you still owe me that $153 in services, since our transaction was not related in any way to the deal with Alex. Why should you not be required to finish my services if I owe someone money? That isn't your problem. *Alex even said himself regarding our (You and I) trades being linked to Alex's and my trades:



So, I do not know how you can be allowed to deny me of my services…Why not speak to Finn about it? I assure you he would not pardon you on this one.

 

If grave owes him $153 of services/store credit then he needs to live up to that now.

*say that he still owes me services, whether or not i owe anyone money. trades have never been connected, and this is no exception. why should grave be allowed to just not owe me money, b/c i owe someone else money. this thread is concerning GRAVE paying ME back through his services. if Alex wants to make a scam report on me, then power to him. until then, grave owes me services and he should not

If Hossboss is banned and clearly has no intention of paying his debt to alex, then I agree with HHN saying Hossboss pays up before Grave renders services.

 

"I have talked to Alex, and clearly he thinks that it is unfair to give Grave the advantage if he owes me. *I am hopefully repaying Alex soon (ask him.) and going to take initiative on getting on better terms with him. But obviously, Grave owes me money. I feel as though Grave (Hahanerd did tell him this though) is just using this to avoid paying me. Just my notion."

 

Grave: Reply to HossBoss and say I don't mind doing the training and don't care when it's done: I just want to be sure it's what I'm supposed to do.

Remind me why Alex is brought into this? Grave owes Hossboss a service, and he should be obliged to fulfill that service, whether or not the buyer owes money to someone else. This is utter bullshit. Just to bring up the rules in here:

Alex is in no way involved in this service, and to think that he is trying to extort HossBoss into paying back owed money before completing a service that is paid for is in my opinion no different to counter-scamming. HossBoss is banned for scamming Alex, and Grave should be banned if he decides to scam HossBoss.

 

Honestly, my opinion stands that Hossboss needs to quit complaining until he pays up the debts he owes before pointing the finger at anyone else. He is being the perfect hyprocrite at the moment, and I imagine that he will refuse to pay back Alex after Grave does the training that he owes Hossboss. If he expects to be repayed, then he needs to reciprocate.

In my opinion, if we have the chance to right a wrong here, then it should be done. Hossboss owes a member of our site money, a significant amount at that. I know you have a grudge against Alex, but if Hossboss expects to be treated fairly by Sythe rules, then he needs to follow them himself, banned or not.

 

It is not our business to drag that onto Sythe.

 

Hossboss wasnt banned for scamming Alex either.

 

That's irrelevant, I just assumed that's what he was banned for.

 

Normally Grave should be banned for counter-scamming if he doesnt start the services ASAP.

however if the ONLY way to get HB to pay Alex back is to have Grave wait to do the services then by all means grave shouldn't lift a finger towards anything until he has paid alex back.

 

I'll leave it to higher staff to decide.
