Scammer report: Murcee

Scammer name: Murcee

he added me on skype regarding me buying ikov2 gold. We agree on the deal, he gives me his paypal and i proceed to transferring the money. Once i sent it, he claims he didn't receive it until I sent a screenshot of the transaction. He then claims "Got it!" and then tries to scam me out for more by offering the rest of his bank at a cheap price. I decline because it was getting suspicious and then he tells me to add him in game and theeen he removed me from his skype. his skype id is Mafiaa.og which matches the ones on sythe user Murcee's threads.
