mac_user = scammer!

Okay,

I just today bought his lvl 110 account for $450.00 USD through moneybookers. He then gave me all info after i paid. 1 hour later, he recovered the account back, and he scammed bubba out of this account to, we are now going to share it, IF we can get it back. mac_user deserves to be banned. I have no proof because he scammed me not on MSN, so i have no chat proof, but, i can prove because of the password for the account. If you type in joeyto, password schmoo, the pass will be invalid, that is how i know bubba and me got scammed. Although, bubba paid only 150, while i paid 450!!! Is there any way i can get my money back? Or, is there any way i can get the account back? I would really appreciate some help, because i lost such a substantial amount of money, and i need it back now. I would appreciate a rather hasty reponse, as to i am rather angry! Okay, i am really confused. Bubba talked to me on MSN, and then mac_user talked to me as well. As it seems, mac_user said he never recoved and changed pass, but then bubba denied it as well, but then kept on threatening to lock the account, and he was threatning me some very vulgar things. I have chat logs from both mac_user and bubba...here they are:
