Reporting scammer SNUS

Please read snus's Scam report on me '' Look at the 2nd picture, if you can see its a ''Balance funded payment'' , and also i phoned them up telling them what happened that is why its being investigated smart kid, as you can see he just claims, ''Wasnt as gift'' so he scammed me, that deserves a ban.
I sent the money as gift and can confirm

The story line: Wanted to sell me 500m rsgp for $400, I said ill do in increpments as they were no OMM online, Sent $40, starts flaming me, telling me it wasnt gifted, so asked if he could refund, and he just refused, then lied and said ''Refunded, Now fuck off'', but he didnt, logged instantly after that.
