Phobiapro is a scammer!

Briefly explain the trade:
he contacted me on skype for my steam account that im selling
after long talking, i give him the information of the account, and then he said
i will be brb in 10mins to pay you. its been 1/2 days his still not online.

How they scammed:
he taked steam account information without paying, he went offline
