[found Scammer/hacker!!]

Hey sythe..
Ive found a hacker.
But i don't know his profile :\
And i don't really know where i gotta go with this information to.
Well.. I got hacked.
A guy asked me to swap with accounts
he was 94 att 99 str 70 def or something.
Well then we swapped. Then he gave wrong pass and changed my pass
very fast. He was saying he didnt get my account blabla :\
Is there anything what there can be against him?
He also sayd he was or is close with a OMM.
I don't really believe it.
But if its true, its kinda fail.
Then you also must know him.
