Scam: scammed me for 3M, half way of a trade of buying a membership pin

INFO: This video took me the whole night to upload, anyway think what you want with this I mean the video clearly shows him scamming me, he has also already got TWC, I didn't see this as I was talking about the deal the day before, so I had his msn contact, didn't see his TWC, otherwise I would of never of gone ahead with this trade, I asked him if he would give me the money back and he's basically said no, so yeah anyway... here's my evidence.
